The 14 Day Shred Omnivore Diet was easy to follow and it never left you feeling hungry. I lost 3.6kg in the first week. For the 14 days I lost a total of 4.4kg and up to 5cm in places. I would fully recommend this diet to anyone interested in getting a kick start and I am continuing to follow the recipes and eating plan. There are a lot of helpful resources provided and it helped me to learn what foods are inflammatory to my body and what foods will cause illness and what foods will help me to enjoy good health.
