I had tried multiple eating plans over the years. All of them worked to some extent, but I lost interest and always regressed, as they relied on ongoing purchases of pre-prepared food or endless calorie counting. Ultimately, laziness and boredom got the better of me and I fell back into old habits and re-gained the weight. What I most wanted support with when I decided to work with Ann, was to finally replace those bad habits with healthier ones, to be accountable and to see results that I would be able to maintain independently in the long-term.
