We have never met someone so passionate about health and it is obvious that you love what you do. We both had different health concerns but felt that regular support would help us stay on track. I had issues with celiac disease and I wanted help in preventing the health issues that tend to go hand in hand with celiac disease, especially osteoporosis and my partner had other health issues including cholesterol concerns.
At first, I didn’t think we could do it, but with your regular sessions and ongoing support, we soon got on track. Because you provided plenty of great information about the reasons behind the changes that we were making, it was easier to stay motivated and move forward. The foods we now eat are good and healthy choices and we are loving eating foods that make us feel good. We don’t have to feel guilty about the foods we eat anymore and we were surprised that there are so many great foods and recipes that we hadn’t even considered before.
We both feel really good and now have a daily checklist that we follow. Thanks Ann for all the extra things that you gave us and the wealth of information. At any time in the future, we can go back and review this should we need to.
