This session is for the person who has does not have major health issues but wants to fine-tune some concerns and improve their general wellness. This is a one-off session that lasts for 90 minutes. There is so much available information about what’s healthy and what’s not and it can be confusing. In addition, what works for one person may not work for another. I will assess your current eating habits and show you how to begin to make positive, lasting changes that will transform your life.
Your program includes…
- A Health History consultation, where we go through your main concerns and clarify goals for your wellbeing and lifestyle.
- 1 x 90 minute 1 on 1 session with me in person, via Skype or over the phone.
- 2 – 3 recommendations for you to put into action now.
- A follow up email detailing our session outcomes and recommended action steps.
- Other handouts and/or information if relevant to our session.
- Email support: Direct email access to me via email for 2 weeks after our session. During this time you can email me any questions you may have regarding our session and recommendations. I will be there to encourage and support you as you begin to implement the recommendations.
