An important keystone to radiant and vital health is to look at the very important role that nutrition plays in our overall wellness as well as our overall illness! That’s right, food is central to feeling well but sadly most people don’t realise the role it plays in disease. Due to massive and clever advertising we are constantly bombarded with the latest claims of why we should include a particular food item when we are out doing our grocery shopping. Is Cereal A better than Cereal B? Should I eat the low-fat yoghurt or the full-creamy yoghurt, after all, cereal and yoghurt are healthy – well, aren’t they? It is no wonder that people are confused about what is actually good for them. The reality is that most people go through their day eating the wrong foods even though they genuinely believe that they are eating healthily because clever and persuasive advertising points out the virtues of eating that particular cereal or yoghurt or margarine. And let’s not even start to talk about foods that contain the heart tick of approval!

This workshop is designed to demystify some of the common myths around what actually constitutes healthy food. Take a moment to look at these following questions:

  1. Do you have aches and pains and just put it down to either natural wear and tear or the busyness of life?
  2. Do you feel that it is natural to just feel unwell as you get older?
  3. Are you gaining weight but feel it is part and parcel of getting older?
  4. Do you struggle with constant bloating and lethargy?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this one-hour workshop is for you. This workshop examines the concept of bio-individuality and that no one diet theory will work for all. It will teach you the basics of how to listen to your body and to work out what foods work for YOUR body. Once we know how to listen to our bodies, we can then use food to heal and enjoy vibrant and radiant health. This workshop is an introduction to how to use everyday whole foods to heal the body. You will have the opportunity to ask questions. Handouts will be provided but you are encouraged to bring along pen and paper to take extra notes.

Please phone Loganholme Chiropractic Centre on 3801 5288 to book your seat. Seats are strictly limited, so please reserve so that you are not disappointed.
