To bring this to a new level, I dehydrate my spices for approx. 8 hours so as to release the flavor (I do this before I go to bed)
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Natural C Coconut Water
Instructions
  1. Combine cumin and pepper, along with all the other ingredients, into a blender.
  2. Mix at high speed until mint leaves are well blended.
  3. Enjoy!
