PROTEIN BLISS BALLS

Ingredients
  • 3 tbs raw cacao
  • 2 tbs inca inchi protein powder
  • 1 tbs cold pressed virgin coconut oil
  • 1 cup organic activated raw almonds (blended but do not overblend as you want some texture)
  • 1 cup organic raw activated brazil nuts (blended to meal but you can also leave some small pieces in)
  • 2 tbspn pepitas
  • 1 cup sesame seeds blended to meal
  • 2 tbspn maca
  • 2 tbspn homemade ABC butter (but you can use store bought, but do try to make sure that they are all activated nuts)
  • ½ cup sultanas or raisins
  • ½ cup chopped apricots
  • 8 chopped pitted medjool dates (blend in food processor)
  • ½ cup organic flaked coconut (plus more if you want to roll them in coconut at the end)
  • 6 tablespoons chia seed
  • 3 tablespoons Natural Raw C Coconut Water
  • 4 tbspn gojiberries (add last)
  • 3 – 4 Tbs hemp seeds to roll bliss balls in at end
  • handful of love and laughter
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  2. Roll into balls
  3. Coat with coconut or hemp seeds
  4. Refrigerate
  5. Dare you to stop at one!
